Christmas is almost here and I have decided to offer all of my blog and facebook friends a very special gift. Starting January 1, I am offering 2 weeks (2x/week) of FREE personal training! I figure that this would be a good way for me to show you what I have to offer you and you will be able to get 4- 45 minute sessions from a certified personal trainer at absolutely NO cost with absolutely NO strings attached.
So, what DO I have to offer you??
-First of all, I will come to you. For those of you who have always wanted to see a trainer or to just incorporate a workout routine into your schedule but either have small children or other responsibilities that keep you at home, mobile training is the perfect solution. We could either meet at a park near your house, at a friends house or in your own living room. You also have the option to split the sessions with 1 other person.(Or for those of you who like the gym atmosphere or using the machines offered there, I can meet you at your nearest 24 Hour Fitness.)
-Also, I design workout sessions with a goal of maximum calorie burn while building strong toned muscles. We will NEVER limit cardio to a 10 minute warm-up followed by standard reps and sets of strength training. My workout will force your body to burn heavily throughout the entire session through a use of speed, reactive training and circuits. In a nutshell, I know what women want and I HATE wasting time.
